Do you ship your magazines and patterns worldwide?
Yes, we offer international shipping to almost every country. Magazines are sent via priority mail to ensure you receive the latest trends and patterns as quickly as possible.
Are the seam allowances included in your patterns?
No, OTTOBRE design® patterns do not include seam allowances. This allows you to choose your preferred finishing method and adjust the fit more easily during the cutting process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and direct bank transfers for European customers. All transactions are securely processed.
Can I buy individual back issues of the magazine?
Certainly. You can purchase single back issues from our online shop as long as they remain in stock. Please note that some older, popular issues may sell out permanently.
What should I do if my magazine arrives damaged?
If your magazine or patterns arrive in poor condition, please contact our customer service within 14 days with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
