SOUSPIR, 25 g

Merino Extrafine & Angora – air-blown tube yarn

Souspir is a light and fluffy yarn that combines high-quality extrafine merino wool (64%), angora rabbit fiber (10%), and polyamide (26%). Instead of being traditionally spun, the fibers are gently blown into a fine, mesh-like nylon tube. This air-blown construction gives the yarn its exceptional lightness, softness, and warmth.

The yarn feels pleasant against the skin and is suitable even for sensitive wearers. Souspir is sold in 25 g skeins, each containing approximately 50 meters (54 yards) of yarn.

When knitted with large needles, Souspir is perfect for soft beanies and cowls, as well as stylish ponchos and sweaters. It is also well suited for baby knits and lightweight yet warm blankets.

The angora fiber is collected gently by combing, without harming the animal. The angora used in Souspir is of French origin. The merino wool is mulesing-free and sourced from South America.
