At OTTOBRE design®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sewing patterns and apparel; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all magazines and patterns remain in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a full refund.

Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive an authorization code.

Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that magazines and paper patterns are protected from bending or moisture during transit.

Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center in Finland; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
